Cancellations and Refunds for Travel Insurance
All refund requests have to be sent to us within 4 hours, from the date/time of order success ( after making payment).
If you intend to cancel or edit your travel insurance order, you're better to make a request at least 3 days before your trip. Our Refund Policy helps you redeem your travel protection plan or keep credit for your next trip.
After that time ( 4 hours after making payment and at least 3 days before your trip), all your requests about cancellation or the departure date change will not be processed.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required at the time of your intended departure. Cambodia Travel Insurance cannot be held responsible for refunds in the event of false or incorrect information.
